PhD alumna wins award at the Vitae International Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµer Development Conference 2023

Management School alumna Dr Loice Natukunda won an award for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Culture Impact through Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµer Development at the Vitae International Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Development Conference 2023.

Management School alumna and Lecturer in Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Methods at the University of Lincoln, UK, Dr Loice Natukunda has won an award for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Culture Impact through Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµer Development at the Vitae International Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Development Conference 2023.

Loice successfully graduated with a PhD in Management and Organisational Behaviour (2016) from Sheffield University Management School before becoming a Teaching and Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Assistant at the School. Her thesis examined ‘Employee performance management in Africa: The case of a development organisation in Uganda.’

The award recognises her work in founding the Network for Education and Multidisciplinary Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Africa (NEMRA) which has engaged in numerous researcher development activities that have boosted the research culture in Uganda over the last four years.
